PUDGE-M LLC ("Pudge-M", "we") rents, buys, sells and manages real estate, rents office machinery, provides facility support, office administration and document preparation services. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Owners
Identity and ownership documents, bank details for rent transfers, management agreements and reports.
3. Tenants of managed property
Identity data, leases, payment history and contacts; tenant checks are done with consent.
4. Office tenants
Company details, leases, access cards and equipment records. Rented computers are wiped between users.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (property, tax, financial monitoring), consent (tenant checks), legitimate interests (security).
6. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
